Terrie Pickerill

Terrie Pickerill, a leading progressive voice in Democratic politics, was David Axelrod’s Senior Vice President for 13 years, and was the Chief Producer for the Obama campaign in 2008, where she was responsible for producing nearly 1,000 presidential ads. Committed to producing unique, creative, message-driven ads, Terrie has helped elect officeholders to every level of government; including U.S. Senator Barack Obama and U.S. Senator Tammy Duckworth. Terrie is a seasoned public affairs professional who has worked on successful public affairs campaigns for a wide range of corporations and associations.

Jaclyn Laske

Founding Partner

Jaclyn's entrepreneurial spirit and digital expertise spans over 20 years. She launched her first business at age 15 and hasn't taken a breath since. Jaclyn graduated from NYU in 2007 and was fortunate enough to be in the heart of the emergence of digital marketing in New York City, working first with large publishers then at media agencies working on CPG and lifestyle brands. Jaclyn moved to Chicago in 2014 where she quickly found herself knee deep in digital planning and activation for the 2016 presidential election, followed by a plethora of state and local campaigns in 2018 and 2020. These experiences have contributed to a unique skill set that allows her to problem solve with both a technical and a creative lens. Her core areas of expertise are in digital strategy, media planning & buying, social media, ad ops, client relations and team building.

Michael Eisenstat

Michael most recently served as the National Digital Director for Campaigns at the DCCC where he and his team worked with more than 70 of the most competitive Congressional races across the country on their paid media strategies. He also managed the DCCC’s multi-million dollar voter mobilization digital program to increase turnout among key demographics, including young voters and voters of color. Previously, Michael served as a DCCC Regional Digital Director in 2020, Digital Director for former Tennessee Governor Phil Bredesen’s competitive U.S. Senate race in 2018 and Communications Director on Capitol Hill.
